How we work, and what we will not do
SG Global Education gives guidance; it does not sell seats. We work only through official NEET-UG counselling, quote only published fees, and tell you plainly when your rank will not get the seat you want. If a consultant promises more than that, ask them how.

What you can expect from us
- A straight answer about your rank
- We compare your NEET rank and category with the previous closing ranks published by MCC and BCECEB, and tell you which seats are realistic, which are a stretch and which are not happening this year.
- Counselling, and nothing outside it
- Every seat we talk about is one you would be allotted by MCC, AACCC, VCI or a state authority. We do not deal in seats "arranged" with a college.
- Published fees only
- We work from the fee notice and seat matrix issued for the year. Ask us to show you the source of any figure we quote.
- Your money goes to the authority
- Registration fees, security deposits and tuition are paid by you to the counselling authority or the college's official account. Ask for an official receipt for every payment.
- Our charges in writing
- Ask us for our service charge and what it covers before you decide to engage us. You should get that in writing from any consultant.
- Hindi or English
- Parents make this decision as much as students do. We explain the rules in the language your family is comfortable in.
What we will not do
- Promise or guarantee a seat, a college or a rank cut-off.
- Offer admission without NEET, or outside counselling.
- Describe a foreign university as "NMC approved". No such approval exists.
- Ask you to pay a college fee in cash or into a personal account.
- Supply names of faculty to a college for inspection purposes.
If someone has taken money for a seat and not delivered, you can complain to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 and to the police. Misleading advertisements and unfair trade practices are covered by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Is SG Global Education a government agency?
No. It is a private consultancy in Patna. It has no affiliation with NTA, MCC, NMC, BCECEB or any government body.
Do you charge for guidance?
Ask us on the call. We will tell you our service charge and what it covers before you engage us, and we advise you to get that in writing from any consultant you use.
Can a consultant get me a seat my rank cannot?
No. Seats are allotted by computer on NEET rank, category and your choices. A consultant can improve how well you use your rank; nobody can change the rank.
Call before you fill a single choice
A ten-minute call is usually enough to tell you which counselling to register for and what is realistic. Keep these in front of you:

- Courses you would accept
- What your family can pay per year
