Questions people ask us
Where is SG Global Education located?
At H-26, Income Tax Colony, Bhoothnath Road, Patna, Bihar 800026. The office is open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
What is the phone number of SG Global Education?
Call 94302 19706. The same number handles admission guidance, MBBS abroad and faculty recruitment.
Which courses does SG Global Education guide students for?
MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BVSc and AH in India, through NEET-UG counselling, and MBBS abroad.
Is NEET compulsory for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BVSc?
Yes. MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS admissions everywhere in India need a NEET-UG qualification. BVSc and AH seats under the Veterinary Council of India's all-India quota and Bihar's state counselling are also filled on NEET-UG scores.
Who conducts NEET-UG counselling in Bihar?
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), under the name UGMAC, at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. A separate UGMAC (Ayush) covers BAMS, BHMS and BUMS.
Who conducts all-India NEET-UG counselling?
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for MBBS and BDS, the Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) for BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses, and the Veterinary Council of India for the 15% BVSc and AH quota.
Can I get MBBS admission through management quota without counselling?
No. Management and NRI quota seats in private colleges and deemed universities are also allotted through counselling from the NEET-UG merit list.
Does SG Global Education guarantee a medical seat?
No. Seats are allotted by the counselling authority on rank, category and choices. We help you use your rank well; we cannot change it.
Is MBBS abroad valid in India?
Yes, if the course meets the NMC's Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate Regulations, 2021, the student qualified NEET-UG before joining, and the graduate passes the screening test (FMGE at present) and completes an internship in India.
Which countries do you advise on for MBBS abroad?
Families most often ask us about Nepal, Russia, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. We assess the specific university against the NMC conditions rather than recommending a country in general.
Do you recruit faculty for medical colleges?
Yes. We recruit full-time Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Senior Residents and Tutors for medical colleges, in departments including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Cardiology.
I am a doctor looking for a teaching job. Can I contact you?
Yes. Call 94302 19706 with your qualification, registration and experience details, and we will tell you which designation you are eligible for under the NMC's 2025 faculty regulations.
Do you serve students outside Patna?
Yes. Most guidance can begin on the phone, and families call from across Bihar, including Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Purnia and Begusarai. Documents can be checked when you visit Patna.
Why is there no enquiry form on the website?
Because a phone call gets you a useful answer faster, and because it means the website does not collect or store your personal data.
Call before you fill a single choice
A ten-minute call is usually enough to tell you which counselling to register for and what is realistic. Keep these in front of you:
- NEET-UG score, rank and category
- Home district and domicile state
- Courses you would accept
- What your family can pay per year
