What this website collects
Nothing that you type, because there is nowhere to type it. The pages are plain files. Fonts, images and styles are served from this website itself, so opening a page does not send your details to an advertising or analytics company.
Like every website, the hosting provider's servers keep routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Links to Google Maps and to official websites such as MCC, BCECEB and NMC take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
What we collect when you call or visit
To advise you we may note your name, phone number, NEET details, category, academic record and the documents you show us. For faculty recruitment we may note a doctor's qualifications, registration and experience. We use this only to provide the service you asked for.
- We share a faculty candidate's profile with a medical college only with that candidate's consent.
- We do not sell personal data or pass it to marketers.
- For a student under 18, we deal with a parent or guardian.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. To do so, or to raise a concern, call 94302 19706 or write to SG Global Education, H-26, Income Tax Colony, Bhoothnath Road, Patna, Bihar 800026.
Changes
If we add a form, analytics or any other feature that handles personal data, this note will be updated before that feature goes live.
